To book a boat in France is very simple procedure.
All you have to do is pick a boat and starting harbour and contact our booking department. We will send you an offer, and when you determine all the details (boat, marina, dates) you will receive our General Charter Conditions and an invoice for the payment.
When you are about to choose starting marina keep in mind traffic connection, type of charter as well as boats availability. On our web site you will find information about all boats we have in our offer and a list of marinas in which they are available. You choose your boat according to your wishes, financial abilities and the number of passengers – don’t forget you need to save a berth for skipper and/or hostess if you want to hire them. Also, don’t forget to mention if you want some additional equipment or service (sports equipment, outboard engine, spinnaker…). If you are not sure about what boat you want, send us a short e-mail with all important information (type of boat, starting date, number of passengers, number of cabins, sailing area, whether you want skipper or additional equipment…) and we will contact you with several offers. You can also fill out a booking form which you can find near every boat on our web site.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you our offer for one or more available boats to your e-mail adress. You will receive boat info and price, several photographs and an equipment list. In case you have some additional questions about the boats don’t hesitate to contact us. Keep in mind also that it is better to contact us as early in the year as possible, because the longer you wait the bigger the chance the boat you want on the dates you want will already be booked. When you finally decide which boat you want to charter, make sure to send us a simple e-mail confirming the boat, charter date and starting marina.
After we receive your booking confirmation we will send you an invoice for the payment and General Charter Condition. You are obligated to pay 50% from the yacht price immediately upon receiving your invoice, and the rest od 50%, 30 days prior to departure date. Once we receive your first payment on our bank account we will send you booking confirmation. After we receive second amount of your payment we will send you a boarding information’s necessery for your embarkation, about two week before charter date and crew list form that need to be filled our with all passengers details and send back to us at least one week before your charter date.
